Rental Agreement:

I accept for use, as is, the equipment rented to me by Kids and Games, LLC (aka Paintball Challenge Park) including, but not limited to markers, goggles/mask, CO2 tanks, and hoppers and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession.

I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of equipment rented - not returned and/or damaged to Paintball Challenge Park.

I agree and understand that I must use only Paintball Challenge Park paint purchased at this field. I also understand that bringing paint from other sources is cause for ejection from the park with no refund.

I also understand that there will be no exceptions made to the above terms.

I have read this agreement and I fully understand each item and I agree to abide by the terms of this contract.
